Returns/ Refund
After paying for the number, if you have not received it within 3 days or the simcard was faulty, please let us know and we will try to replace the simcard for you.
If we can not replace it for any reason, we will then refund you the 100% of the price you have paid for it.
The faulty simcard must be returned to us in the same condition before we can issue the full refund
